About a month and a half ago I took my dog in to get a room. I picked the most expensive one which is what I normally always do upon them calling me to tell me pick my dog up they made it seem like my dog was being very aggressive, which she has not been aggressive. She is very shy and very anxious, but nowhere near aggressive. The lady Mia, who was cutting my dog here told me I needed to come and get her right away because she was very aggressive. When I got there she didn’t say how my dog was aggressive. What she said is your dog was using it in the cage, and she was very anxious, did not seem like she was aggressive, but that wasn’t even the kicker. My dog wasn’t even groomed. She looked horrible. This lady handed me my dog without even properly grooming, her not to mention she was late for the appointment when I called to complain they told me that they could reschedule my dog to come out on the phone. I heard the manager and Mia talking about me as if I wasn’t on the phone I had to remind them that I can hear them as they try to schedule me again who clearly knew that she did not do the job correctly and she knew that my dog didn’t have a bowl she didn’t have smell good or any

Had to leave because half of the beta fish were dead/dying They were such beautiful fish and I hope they are in a better place now. They were kept in tiny plastic containers and probably died miserably. Truly heartbroken. I hope that this chain invests in better living conditions.

I like to bring my dog here. He also likes coming to see other dogs. This is the place to get my dog's kibble. I get all my pet needs here - their sweaters and booties for the long winter months. Sometimes the cashiers are a little slow bur they are all nice.

I’ve been going to this petsmart for a minute now and I’ve enjoyed the customer service at checkout and their selection for cats. Today I went it to see about the birthday bash for my cat. I saw their was a table but it was unsupervised so when I tried to talk to an employee about it, he ignored me and walked past me. I asked about it at checkout and the lady gave me a coupon from the goody bags but said there were no treats for cats. Why invite me to the birthday bash if there’s nothing for my cat? I could’ve just been sent a coupon online. Good store but I won’t be coming to any events they invite us to.

Careful of the grooming salon the gentleman that first cut my dogs hair was hands down amazing! The second time some lady did it and put a bow in her hair and granted it was cute as hell till I realized we couldn’t get it out and it was so tight it looked like this when it fell out ! And I mean it fell out because we couldn’t cut it out if we tried she would bite you for touching it cause it hurt her so badly! Then when I called to tell them she laughed and giggled and said I’ll leave a note in your profile not sorry or anything else …. Careful cause my dog was in so much pain for a month and crying and wouldn’t let you even pet her or go near her ear cause it hurt her.
